If you have $75,000 burning a hole in your pocket and are looking for something different for the garage, this custom SUV is for you. It’s called the Rhino XT by US Specialty Vehicles, a tiny California-based manufacturer of “ruggedly refined” SUVs.
This particular model is the Rhino XT. It’s more-affordable off-road BEAST version of USSV’s four-door Rhino GX, which starts at $194,000.
Inspired by Hummer H1s + the exterior of a Stealth Bomber, the Rhino XT is built on a “mechanically stock Jeep Wrangler Ulimited platform and drivetrain,” according to USSV. It boasts a 285 horsepower 3.6-liter V6 engine and a standard five-speed automatic transmission. It’s earned comparisons to a more badass version of Toyota’s FJ Cruiser. On the inside, you’re swagged out in luxe creature comforts, including:
- Premium leather seats with the badass USSV badge.
- A “European style” dashboard and console.
- Leather-trimmed door panels.
- 3D-look digital instrument panel.
- Alpine navigation system.
- Back-up camera view.
- Chrome trim.
- Leather-wrapped steering wheel.
The hard-top is removable, in true Jeep tradition. Go reserve yours at USSV.
