Traeger
Halloween has come and gone, which means it’s time to start thinking about quite possibly my favorite holiday of the year: Thanksgiving. Football all day, plenty of food, and a long weekend to sleep it all off. When I say plenty of food, I mean PLENTY of food. There is no limit to the amount of meat, cheese, and crackers I can eat before I stuff myself further at dinner.
As a former culinary school student, my wife takes great pride in cooking on Thanksgiving. Most years, she forgoes the traditional turkey in favor of something like Beef Wellington or a rack of lamb. This year, however, she’s decided to take on the challenge of cooking a bird that’s so easy to screw up. Seeing that we just moved into a new house, I’m thinking that a nice early Christmas present for her would be a Traeger grill to help her cook a perfect Thanksgiving dinner.
MAKE THANKSGIVING BETTER WITH TRAEGER
You could go with the boring route of stuffing, basting, and cooking that big, pesky bird in your standard kitchen oven and hoping for the best. Or, you could opt for a perfectly cooked turkey with juicy meat, crispy skin, and a beautiful wood-smoked flavor that you only previously dreamed of from a restaurant. That’s what you can achieve with a Traeger Ironwood Pellet Grill.
Traeger is offering their signature wood-fired grill this holiday season along with an arsenal of accessories to help with the cooking process and plenty of recipes and tips. Your Traeger grill experience starts with Thanksgiving, but you’re going to love what you can create year-round.
