This heavily modified Mustang GT is ready to melt the track with massively overhauled performance. Shelby American suped up a 2018 Mustang GT and transformed it into a wide-bodied scream machine that has 710 horsepower in the standard package and can be upgraded to an Earth-shaking 800 horsepower. The Super Snake’s power comes from a 5.0-liter V8 with a supercharger that enables this high-performance car go 0-60 in an eye-blinking 3.5 seconds.
Other upgrades include Shelby’s extreme cooling package, new radiator, heat exchanger, performance half shafts, short throw shifter, one-piece driveshaft (manual transmission only), Ford performance exhaust, 20-inch forged aluminum wheels, Penske track-ready suspension, and a Shelby Brembo brake system with six-piston calipers up front and four-piston units in the rear. The Super Snake has an intimidating look thanks to that racey hood with a power bulge and a ducktail rear spoiler.
All of these impressive modifications add up quickly and raise the price to $113,445. Quite the costs for a massively upgraded Ford Mustang GT, but Stang enthusiasts would be happy to have a vehicle with this kind of vroom.
