This segment is a year old, but I saw it for the first time yesterday thanks to Adam over at Beer Pulse. I’ve preached the brine your beer technique since seeing it on Mythbusters, but this cuts several minutes off the clock. I know that doesn’t seem like much, but you never actually use your blender or those rogue chopsticks in the drawer, so why not put them to use? Oh, right, because this looks like a huge pain in the ass to chill a single beer. It is a good cheap alternative if you were thinking about buying a Frost Boss Cooler though.
