Live TV got incredibly real.
CtiTV anchor Erich Shih was found dead of an apparent suicide in his home in Taipei. His friend, a fellow anchor, was handed the news on live TV and was asked to report the story for viewers.
The female anchor somehow — through sheer determination and professionalism — manages to get through the report but you can tell it’s absolutely killing her inside.
I’m positive most professionals would have cracked in that moment.
