Church auctions off 2 semi-automatic assault rifles to “get more people to follow Jesus”

What does religious devotion and the Second Amendment have in common? Well, according to one Church in Missouri there’s more of a connection than logic suggests.

In the video above they announced they were giving away two AR-15 assault rifles to “get more people to follow Jesus.” The pastor then proceeds to talk about how you could kill zombies with these incredible guns, how they’re the “Lamborghinis of AR-15’s.”

Those choice moments are then followed by the pastor saying “You’re a big boy. You got big balls between your legs.” I…I just can’t you guys. I don’t even know where to begin here. Firstly, am I to believe this man of God actually believes in zombies? Or is he just not willing to say that the gun is powerful enough to kill someone who comes on your property? Because let’s be f*cking honest here, either he’s a complete dip$hit who believes the threat of a ‘zombie’ is actually real, or he’s too much of a pussy to admit he wants to shoot people.

Also, what in the actual hell does having “big balls between your legs” have to do with getting up early to go to Church? I’m a religious man but you’ll never hear me f*cking talk about it, because only complete a$$holes throw it in other people’s faces.

When asked for comment the lead pastor told the Joplin Globe:

“We’re just dudes,” adding, “If we can get more people to follow Jesus, I’ll give away 1,000 guns. I don’t care.”

When accused of perpetuating violence the Church responded with:

“People are crazy, period. Murder has been going on since the beginning of time.”

Because that logic is flawless: people are already gonna get killed, so we might as well give them more guns if it brings more donations in to our Church.

But he’s not breaking the law in any way, all he’s doing is preying on a congregation, who if they’re anything like the rest of America, has stopped going to church, by offering up dangerously gimmicky reasons to get back in the pews.
