Conan O'Brien lands his first movie role...in 'Sharktopus vs. Pteracuda'

Somehow, after all these years, Conan O’Brien is finally going to appear in a movie and of course it going to be in SyFy’s Sharktopus vs. Pteracuda.

So you’ll have a half shark/half octopus, a half pterodactyl/half barracuda, and Conan. What esle do you need? Now I didn’t see the first Sharktopus movie so I went to Wikipedia to learn more and uh, it says, “Sharktopus is eventually defeated by detonating explosives embedded in its brain” and let’s just say that now I’m REALLY interested.

Of course, Conan also purchased a billboard to help him with award consideration come Emmy time, though it wasn’t exactly on Sunset Strip.
