Guy looks to hire girl to be his ‘online dating surrogate’

The world of online dating can be exhausting if you throw yourself in headfirst. One guy decided he’d like a little help in the form of an “online dating surrogate” ad on Craigslist.

The Craigslist post offers $100 per week for the following duties:

“1. Review profiles of women on 3 or 4 dating sites
2. Per criteria you will be provided, mark as “Favorite” all potential women to contact
3. You’ll let me know when to review Favorites periodically and I’ll delete those I’m not interested in
4. You’ll write to and exchange messages with the remaining Favorites and try to set dates”

Oh, and one other crucial piece of qualification.

“Ideal candidate for this job is similar to dating candidates sought:
> Pretty, thin, educated female in her 20s or 30s (with great taste and strong writing ability)”

Doesn’t it sound like this guy is just trying to build his own real-life romantic comedy? She’s going to help you get dates but she’s also everything you’re looking for anyway and then you can find it out after she develops feelings for you. But then you don’t appreciate her and ruin it and have to win her back when she’s moved on and either this guy is a genius or the dumbest man alive.

Know a girl desperate for $100 a week? A) Have her contact Guyism first (you can never have enough women desperate for $100/week). B) She can apply to the dating surrogate “job” here.
