San Jose State punter Harrison Waid was ejected against Minnesota after starting a brawl. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time a punter has ever been disqualified for, well, anything.
What a hothead. Sure, the hit was a bit late but this seems like an overreaction.
Minnesota won the game 43-24. Waid will more than likely get a 1-game suspension.
