This guy was just hanging out at the Rocky statue asking people if they wanted photos with “the real Philadelphia Rocky.” I don’t want to alarm him or anything but the real Rocky wouldn’t…
1) Wear jorts
2) Wear a shirt that says ‘Rocky’
3) Charge $20 to take a photo with him
