UPDATE:The tips have been flowing in from you guys, so I called NYC's Crime Stoppers to see what they knew and they confirmed the person from the tips was the same person they've received similar leads on. I don't want to link to the dude's social media profiles or put photos of him online, in case his hoodie was stolen or Crime Stoppers is wrongly identifying him from the video, but I will say you can easily find a Stugotz27 on the web. Case almost closed. Good job, good effort, everyone.
