Meet The Trill Brooklyn Girl Who Crocheted A Massive Times Square Billboard For Miller Lite

‘Tis the season for giving and surprises. We were pretty excited on Wednesday when Miller Lite paid a surprise visit to the BroBible office with comfy winter sweaters for the squad and five cases of steinie bottles on a dolly.

The reason for the visit was to tell us about Miller Lite’s brand new holiday billboard in Times Square, which is one of the more interesting advertising stories we’ve heard in a while. To make the billboard, the beer company recruited London Kaye, a Brooklyn-based street artist who “yarn bombs” wild fixtures around the city. She spent three weeks in a warehouse with miles and miles worth of yarn crocheting a massive ugly Christmas sweater-themed billboard for Miller Lite. It’s quite a project:

After crushin’ a few brews around the office, we slid into London’s DMs on Instagram to talk about her work.

Check out some of her stuff on the the ‘gram — It’s pretty rad.
