The life of a call center employee cannot be a great one. Having to either make calls to people who don’t want you calling them or answering calls from people who mostly want to complain about something has to suck.
So it is pretty easy to understand that they would need to find ways to keep themselves entertained to survive all the hate and monotony their jobs create.
