Sometimes you just need a beer. The fridge is empty. You’ve got to go out. Maybe this bro’s car was being blocked in so he just grabbed a plane.
A Western Australian man boarded his plane and taxied it down a main street to get to his local pub. Gotta get there early to get in on all the happy hour deals. The incident took place at around 2 p.m. last Friday afternoon. Witnesses told cops the plane was driven from one end of Newman, a small mining town of around 4,000 people, to the other.
According to locals, the staff of the Newman Hotel “described the man as a ‘legend'” and that he “nonchalantly waltzing into the bar while more than 200 locals gathered around.”
God damn right he’s a legend!
