This Heroin-Addicted Couple Losing Consciousness On Sidewalk While Everyone Laughs At Them Is 2016 In A Nutshell

“They out here fucked up.” That was the caption on Courtland Garner’s 9-minute Facebook live video (embedded below) that features 59-year-old Carla Hiers and her unnamed partner struggling with life, gravity, and so much more after they allegedly did some heroin. (Or lots of it. I’m not sure how much heroin it takes to get to that stage.)

According to the Daily Mail, Heirs is a long time addict and after she was revived she was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for her arrest.

While the video is tough to watch on its own, a lot of people on Facebook have expressed anger over the behavior of Garner and others on the scene. Garner didn’t backpedal from his several bouts of laughter at the couple’s expense telling WREG news, “What they were doing was children’s things. It was a spectacle. It made me laugh. They can’t help themselves.”

Garner also went on to say that he took the video to teach kids a lesson saying, “I know for a fact all the kids are on social media, and when kids see that video, you know what they are going to say? I don’t want to look stupid like that I don’t want to do those drugs.”

Yes, what better way to tell the CHILDREN that “Drugs are bad mmmkay?” than to film people possibly dying in the street while everyone laughs at them? I can’t think of even one.
