This is one of those videos I wished ended in a GTA V-style “WASTED” graphic. Expect in this case, this assclown in Charlotte thinks real life is a video game, endangering lives with ridiculous high speed car chases. Maybe the next time he runs from the cops he should spend a couple more minutes driving through the Los Santos storm drains.
