I keep telling myself that I’ll purchase the Anova Precision Cooker one of these days because it’s truly impossible to get a more even cook than when you’re using a sous vide setup. However, I can’t seem to peel myself away from the cast iron skillet or the grill. I’m addicted to the grill, is that so wrong?
