Researchers from Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania studied more than 2,600 menu items from joints like Red Lobster, Olive Garden and T.G.I Fridays and concluded that most of the menu options contained more than the recommended number of fat, sodium and calories a person should consume in a day. In other words, one meal at Olive Garden equals all the food you’re supposed to eat in an entire day.
No wonder the chairs at Olive Garden are on rollers. People need to wheel themselves out to the parking lot.
