Tensions are high in Charlotte, North Carolina after a police shooting of a black man yesterday.
During a live segment tonight on CNN, reporter Ed Lavendera was violently shoved to the ground while he was delivering a report.

Lavendera later reported that the protester apologized for getting violent with the reporter who was just standing around doing his job.
