Russell Brand has done some fantastic trolling of Fox News lately, but his latest troll job against Bill O’Reilly feels — IDK — forced? Like, everyone knows that Bill O’Reilly is a troll and an easy target. So what’s the point of trying to bait him into responding? It is starting to feel like Brand is starting to tread on the schtick Jon Stewart has perfected for over a decade. Plus, Stewart and O’Reilly are pretty good natured to each other about not seeing eye-to-eye.
All I’m saying is that even if you’re right, Russell, this one just feels forced. But what do you guys think?
