This video settles it: the Scottish attempt to communicate is no longer via the English language. Whatever is coming out of this dude’s mouth is an entirely separate language from the English spoken in England, the U.S., or Australia. Scotland’s truly become so insular that this dude can freak out on a rooftop for 20-seconds and I could only make out like 2 or 3 words he said.
And no, I’m not talking about the ‘Scots language‘. That’s an entirely separate language spoken by ~125,000 people. I’m saying that the citizens of Scotland have completely warped the English language into something so unintelligible they can no longer be heard. I’m not mad about it. My heritage is actually overwhelmingly Scottish, and I’ve been told that I’m a descendant of Rob Roy on my mother’s side of the family.
I’m simply here today to point out that the people of Scotland are no longer speaking English, that is all.
