French fries, by themselves, are pretty awesome. So are nachos, especially drizzled in nacho cheese and loaded with tons of toppings. The mad fast food scientists at Taco Bell wants to take the best of both worlds and morph them into a spectacular treat: Nacho Fries Supreme, which is basically the fast food chain’s version of loaded nacho fries. Think ground beef, sour cream, pico de gallo, and nacho cheese on a bed of fries substituted for the chips.
According to Thrillist, Taco Bell is testing regular Nacho Fries — basically french fries with nacho dipping sauce — as a menu item in West Virginia for $1. The Impulse Buy claims you can get them in Bakersfield, California as well.
Let’s hope they make their way to market, officially. I’ve never needed something more than I need Nacho Fries Supreme at 2am with an ice cold Baja Blast, spiked perfectly with tequila.
