I’m stupidly hungry right now, so I made a fateful decision to press play on this wonderful collaboration between FoodBeast and White Castle, home of the crave case and the best damn stoner food ever. They recruited former Louisville-based Top Chef contestant Edward Lee to use a White Castle burger to fry up an imaginative take on the traditional White Castle slider using a White Castle slider. The result makes me drool and my dad bod rolls jiggle: A very Southern pimento cheese-slider with quails egg.
I’ve never had more food envy in my life. I’m so jealous of the person who got to eat this thing.
