We’re through ten weeks of the NFL season. Week 11 has given us some really big matchups. Here’s the key to victory for all 28 teams that play this weekend.
Washington Commanders: Slow Down The Run

Getty Image / Patrick Smith
Opponent: @ Eagles
When the Eagles stay balanced on offense, they’re pretty much impossible to stop. The Commanders have to slow down Saquon Barkley and make Jalen Hurts beat them from the pocket on third and long to have success.
Philadelphia Eagles: Make Jayden Daniels Uncomfortable

Opponent: Vs. Commanders
Jayden Daniels has had a fantastic rookie season, and has looked mature beyond his years under center. The Eagles need to find a way to make him uncomfortable, whether it’s via pressure or disguised coverages. They can’t let him get in a rhythm.
Baltimore Ravens: Make Pittsburgh Sustain Long Drives

Getty Image / Patrick Smith
Opponent: @ Steelers
Since the Steelers made the quarterback switch from Justin Fields to Russell Wilson, the offense has been able to pick up huge chunks in the air, especially with George Pickens on the receiving end. If a vulnerable Ravens secondary can keep the ball in front of them, the Steelers will struggle to score on long, sustained drives.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Get A Big Game From TJ Watt

Getty Image / Patrick Smith
Opponent: Vs. Ravens
The Steelers have had consistent success over the year against Lamar Jackson. A lot of that has to do with TJ Watt, who always seems to dominate the Ravens. Baltimore’s offense is the best unit in the league, and a strip sack by Watt could be what the Steelers need to keep pace.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Commit To The Run

Getty Image / Rich Storry
Opponent: @ Lions
With Mac Jones under center, there’s no real chance of an explosive passing attack. So, they need to commit to running the ball will Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby. Not only will it help the Jaguars sustain drives, but it will keep a dominant Lions offense off the field. That may be enough to keep it close.
Detroit Lions: Find Their Groove On Offense Right Out Of The Gate

Getty Image / Tim Warner
Opponent: Vs. Jaguars
The Detroit offense has not been as sharp the last few weeks as it was early in the season. Against a terrible opponent like the Jaguars, it’s a perfect opportunity for the team to get back to the way they were playing throughout October.
Los Angeles Rams: Be Efficient Through The Air

Getty Image / Ronald Martinez
Opponent: @ Patriots
For as good as Kyren Williams is, this offense is built around Matthew Stafford getting the ball to Puca Nakua and Cooper Kupp. In the Week 10 loss to the Dolphins, the passing attack was not efficient at all. They need to get back on track in what may be a must-win game for their playoff hopes.
New England Patriots: Commit To The Run

Getty Image / Michael Reaves
Opponent: Vs. Rams
The Rams have developed a fantastic pass rush this year led by youngsters Jared Verse and Braden Fiske. New England is suspect in pass protection, and needs to lean on Rhamondre Stevenson to help out Drake Maye.
Cleveland Browns: Get Off To A Fast Start

Getty Image / Lauren Leigh Bacho
Opponent: @ Saints
The Saints are coming off an emotional win in Week 10, winning interim head coach Darren Rizzi’s first game in charge. The Browns, who are coming off a bye, need to get off to a fast start to not let any residual confidence for the Saints grow.
New Orleans Saints: Force Jameis Winston Into Mistakes

Getty Image / Ella Hall
Opponent: Vs. Browns
Former New Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston can put up big numbers. But, he’s prone to make more than a few crucial mistakes in any given game. Force some turnovers, and a Browns offense lacking explosive weapons may not have enough firepower to overcome them.
Indianapolis Colts: Let Anthony Richardson Get Involved In The Run Game

Getty Image / Justin Casterline
Opponent: @ Jets
The Colts are going back to Anthony Richardson after two straight losses with Joe Flacco. Richardson is simply not advanced enough from the pocket to consistently move the ball as a dropback passer. But, he is a fantastic runner. Get him involved in some designed quarterback runs or in the zone read game, and you will get a much more dangerous Anthony Richardson.
New York Jets: Find Something To Play For

Getty Image / Norm Hall
Opponent: Vs. Colts
At 3-7, a Jets season that started with very high hopes is essentially over. They need to collectively find a reason to not just mail it in the rest of the season, or things could get even uglier for the Jets.
Minnesota Vikings: Get Sam Darnold Back On Track

Getty Image / Mike Carlson
Opponent: @ Titans
Sam Darnold was playing Pro Bowl-caliber football for much of the season. But, the last few games have seen flashes of the Sam Darnold that was benched for multiple teams. This team can only go as far as Darnold takes them, and they need him to start playing at the high level he was earlier in the season.
Tennessee Titans: Force A Few Turnovers

Getty Image / Ric Tapia
Opponent: Vs. Vikings
After throwing six interceptions in the first seven games of the season, Sam Darnold has thrown five in the last two weeks. The Titans can’t match up with the Vikings in terms of talent. But, force a few Sam Darnold turnovers, and they can stay in the game like the Jaguars did last week.
Las Vegas Raiders: Get Pressure On Tua Tagovailoa

Getty Image / Andy Lyons
Opponent: @ Dolphins
Truth be told, there aren’t a lof paths to victory left for this depleted Raiders team. But, one of them is Maxx Crosby and company getting consistent pressure on quarterbacks. Tua Tagovailoa is not good when pressured, and he will make mistakes with guys in his face.
Miami Dolphins: Get Back To Last Year's Efficiency On The Ground

Getty Image / Sean M. Haffey
Opponent: Vs. Raiders
Last year, the Dolphins led the NFL in rushing yards per attempt. That’s not been the case this year, and hasn’t really improved since Tua Tagovailoa came back into the lineup. Consistently putting too much on the shoulders of Tua Tagovailoa is not a winning strategy. They have to get back to the great running game thyey showed last year.
Green Bay Packers: Keep The Bears Feeling Bad About Themselves

Getty Image / Kevin Sabitus
Opponent: @ Bears
The Bears are a disaster right now, and arguably no team in the NFL has been worse the past three weeks. It seems like the Bears are on the verge of quitting on their season. The Packers need to make sure to not give Chicago anything to get excited about. A fast start could mean a Packers blowout.
Chicago Bears: Find An Offensive Identity

Getty Image / Quinn Harris
Opponent: Vs. Packers
The Bears offense hasn’t scored a touchdown in their last two games. Offensive Coordinator Shane Waldron was fired this week, in part because this team simply has no consistent identity on offense week-to-week. They need to find something, anything, to hang their hat on when it comes to how they’re going to attack defenses. Hopefully, it’s getting Caleb Williams under center, trying to establish the run, and using play-action on early downs.
Atlanta Falcons: Turn Offensive Production Into Points

Getty Image / Jonathan Bachman
Opponent: @ Broncos
The Falcons are 5th in the NFL in total offense, but only 13th in scoring offense. Last week was a great example, as over 450 yards of offense only turned into 17 points against the Saints. They’re consistently moving the ball, but not consistently finishing drives for points. For this offense to reach its potential, that has to change.
Denver Broncos: Take Away The Falcons Running Game

Getty Image / Jamie Squire
Opponent: Vs. Falcons
The Falcons want to play off of Bijan Robinson on the ground and use play-action off of Robinson to attack in the intermediate and deep areas. Shut Bijan Robinson down, and make an immobile Kirk Cousins have to sit in the pocket on 3rd and long, and you can have success against Atlanta’s offense.
Seattle Seahawks: Limit Turnovers

Getty Image / Steph Chambers
Opponent: @ 49ers
The Seahawks have been able to move the ball effectively all seaosn. But, they’re near the bottom of the league in turnovers. The 49ers will struggle to stop the Seahawks as long as they take care of the ball.
San Francisco 49ers: Get Christian McCaffrey More Involved On The Ground

Getty Image / Julio Aguilar
Opponent: Vs. Seahawks
The 49ers were happy to get Christian McCaffrey in the lineup for the first time this season last week. While he was effective in the passing game, McCaffrey was shut down on the ground. For any Kyle Shanahan offense to be as good as it can be, they have to run the ball well.
Kansas City Chiefs: Finish Drives With Touchdowns

Getty Image / William Purnell
Opponent: @ Bills
The Buffalo defense is too good to miss opportunities in the red zone and settle for field goals. The Chiefs probably won’t have a lot of red zone trips in the game, and need to take advantage of the ones they do get. That’s something they have struggled with at times this year, including last week.
Buffalo Bills: Find Some Explosive Plays

Getty Image / Jeffrey Brown
Opponent: Vs. Chiefs
The Chiefs defense is as stingy as any in the league. It’s really difficult to sustain drives against Kansas City, so Josh Allen needs to find some explosive plays, whether in the scheme of the offense or ad-libbing.
Cincinnati Bengals: Keep Joe Burrow Upright

Getty Image / Patrick Smith
Opponent: @ Chargers
The Chargers boast one of the best pass rushes in the league. When given time to throw, Joe Burrow has torn apart defenses all year. But, the Bengals offensive line is inconsistent. They need to give Burrow time to throw so he can attack a so-so Chargers secondary.
Los Angeles Chargers: Control The Pace Of The Game

Getty Image / Michael Owens
Opponent: Vs. Bengals
The Chargers simply do not have the offensive firepower to win a high-scoring game against Joe Burrow and the Bengals. But, they can control both lines of scrimmage, win the time of possession battle, and keep the Bengals offense off the field. If they can do that, there’s no reason they can’t win this game.
Houston Texans: Get The Passing Offense Working Again

Getty Image / Alex Slitz
Opponent: @ Cowboys
The Houston passing offense is a mess. CJ Stroud is going through the worst stretch of his young career, and this team can only succeed when he’s playing well. Thankfully, he may get top target Nico Collins back this weekend. If so, there’s no excuse for this passing offense not to start making strides towards what they were at the end of last season and the beginning of this one.
Dallas Cowboys: Get Pressure On CJ Stroud

Getty Image / Sam Hodde
Opponent: Vs. Texans
The Cowboys were destroyed by the Eagles last week. But, one of the few bright spots was the return of Micah Parsons. He was absolutely dominant. The Texans have been suspect up front as of late. If Micah Parsons can take over the game, maybe a terrible Cowboys team could stay competitive.
