These teams have dominated the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament over the years and have the most tournament wins, according to Wikipedia.
1. North Carolina Tar Heels (132 wins)

The North Carolina Tar Heels are, without a doubt a Blue Blood. They have the most March Madness wins, the most Final Fours (21), and third-most national titles (6). Three different Carolina coaches have won a national title.
2. Kentucky Wildcats (131 Wins)

Kentucky is another unanimous Blue Blood. They have the second-most tournament wins, tied for the second-most Final Fours (17) and they have the second-most championships (8).
3. Duke Blue Devils (118 wins)

The fact that Duke is this high on the list, considering they weren’t a consistent national power until the mid-1980’s, shows just how dominant Coach K’s run was in Durham. Duke has 17 Final Fours and 5 titles of their own, all of those titles coming since 1991.
4. Kansas Jayhawks (116 wins)

While the Jayhawks have only four national titles, the spiritual home of college basketball (the inventor of the sport, James Naismith, coached there) has been mighty consistent throughout the years. They have 16 Final Fours to add to their quartet of titles.
5. UCLA Bruins (114 wins)

UClA isn’t the consistent power it was during the 60’s and 70’s, when they dominated the sport under John Wooden. But, they’ve tallied an impressive 17 Final Fours and 11 titles, three more than anyone else.

Louisville has always been under Kentucky’s shadow, but they’ve been a sensational program for a long. time. They have eight Final Fours and two titles, though one is vacated.

Legendary coaches Jud Heathcoate and Tom Izzo have led Michigan State to plenty of success, as the Spartans have ten Final Fours and two titles.
8. Villanova Wildcats (71 wins)

Up until the Jay Wright era, Villanova was known for a miraculous run in 1985 to an unexpected title and not much else. But, Wright won two titles and made Four Final Fours in his time in the Philadelphia suburbs, giving the school six Final Fours and three titles.
9. Syracuse Orange

The legendary Jim Boeheim led Syracuse to Five Final Fours and a title in 2003, the school’s only title. They have made six total Final Fours.
10. Indiana (67 wins)
