According to a report by Fox16News, Rodgers will be joined by rapper Jaden Smith and former Texas Governor Rick Perry, as they share their perspectives and insights at the event organized by a psychedelic advocacy group.

The conference, organized by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), focuses on advancing the field of psychedelic research and promoting the decriminalization of psychedelic mushrooms in Colorado.
Notably, the state of Oregon made significant strides in 2020 by establishing a regulatory framework for the controlled therapeutic use of psilocybin, the psychedelic compound found in these mushrooms.
Aaron Rodgers’ own experiences with psychedelic substances have played a role in shaping his perspective. In August 2022, he opened up about his use of ayahuasca, a potent psychoactive tea that contains the hallucinogenic drug DMT. Rodgers described the experience as transformative, helping him to “see how to unconditionally love” himself.
In addition to ayahuasca, he also revealed his involvement in Panchakarma, a 12-day cleansing and healing method, in February 2022. These unconventional approaches to medicine have garnered support from Jaden Smith, the son of actor Will Smith, who has also publicly discussed the ego-dissolving effects of psychedelics.
