Adam Hadwin will take the honor of worst shot of the day at the 3M Open on Thursday. The PGA Tour player mishit a ball from the fairway during his opening round which landed squarely in the middle of a pond.
The shot has sparked an immediate reaction from golf fans as they chant, “One of us,” on social media.
The 3M kicked off today in Minnesota and Hadwin had played well throughout the round, shooting -2 over his first 17 holes. That was good for a top five standing as he looked to finish strong.
Unfortunately, a miserable shot on his final hole ended the day on a bad note.
While attempting to approach the green on his second swing, Hadwin mishit his ball which quickly landed in the water.

Adam Hadwin would bogey that final hole thanks to his awful shot. He finished the day at -1 and in a tie for 35th place.
