The Alabama football team fell for the second time in three weeks, losing to archrival Tennessee on Saturday night. The loss dropped the team to 5-2 on the season, and it seems cracks in the armor are starting to show.

Former 5-star wide receiver Caleb Odom was seen publicly airing his frustrations with both the coaching staff and starting quarterback Jalen Milroe after the latest setback. He’s not happy with his targets!

Kalen DeBoer’s first year in Tuscaloosa remains a work in progress with the Crimson Tide struggling in the month of October. Following a monumental win over top-ranked Georgia, Alabama’s looked like a completely different team over the last three games.

It started with a loss to Vanderbilt in a contest which the Commodores never trailed. Issues continued at home vs. South Carolina the week after, though the Tide would escape with a 27-25 win.

Unfortunately, the success wouldn’t last long as Tennessee pulled of an upset in Knoxville to send their rivals home with another defeat.

Many have been critical of the program in the Kalen DeBoer era as his coaching style differs vastly from that of Nick Saban’s. A laid-back approach has angered fans, and the losses aren’t doing much to help his cause.

Alabama’s looked undisciplined (15 penalties vs. UT), unhinged, and at times, uninterested throughout the current rough patch. Has Kalen DeBoer lost the locker room?

The latest social media activity of a star freshman would lead you to believe so!

Caleb Odom blasted Alabama’s football coaches and quarterback online.

The wide receiver fired off a series of retweets after the game shading Jalen Milroe and the offensive play calling.

He was apparently unhappy with his targets, referencing instances throughout the game where he went unused in key moments.

Odom arrived at Alabama with much fanfare. Rated as a five-star player by On3 Sports, he was a headliner in the star-studded 2024 recruiting class.

With the Crimson Tide, he’s hauled in five catches for 45 yards.

He apparently believes he should be a focal point in the offense as defenses begin to key in on freshman teammate Ryan Williams. We’ll see if Kalen DeBoer hears Odom’s frustrations and makes a change ahead of Alabama’s next football game.
