Andrew Tate is living it up in Florida despite not being welcomed to the state by Governor DeSantis. Last week, DeSantis called on the state to investigate Tate and his brother after they arrived in Florida while awaiting sex trafficking charges in Romania.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced that the state had opened a criminal investigation into the Tate brothers.
Last week, I directed my office to work with our law enforcement partners to conduct a preliminary inquiry into Andrew and Tristan Tate.
Based on a thorough review of the evidence, I’ve directed the Office of Statewide Prosecution to execute search warrants and issue subpoenas…

Tate would later call on Uthmeier and DeSantis to arrest him so that he could prove his innocence in court.
1) they arrest me and charge me and I clear my name in a USA court of law once and for all.
2) they can’t even find enough to arrest me just ran their mouth like circus clowns.
It’s win win for me because I’m innocent.
I dare you to arrest me @GovRonDeSantis

On Saturday night, Tate appeared on Adin Ross’ boxing stream event in Miami, Florida, where he claims he was paid $1 million to commentate.
Adin paid me 1,000,000 to commentate plus 5k more for disrespecting luton.

DeSantis has yet to react to Tate taunting him on social media and calling to be arrested.
