Andrew Tate is once again calling to be arrested in Florida. Last week, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis blasted Tate and his brother for coming to Florida while currently being investigated for sex trafficking crimes
“Florida is not a place where you’re welcome with that type of conduct. Our Attorney General, James Uthmeier, is looking into what state hooks and jurisdictions we have to deal with this. I don’t know how it came to this. We were not involved. We were not notified. I found out through the media.”
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier would later reveal that he had opened an investigation into the Tate brothers at DeSantis’ request.
Last week, I directed my office to work with our law enforcement partners to conduct a preliminary inquiry into Andrew and Tristan Tate.
Based on a thorough review of the evidence, I’ve directed the Office of Statewide Prosecution to execute search warrants and issue subpoenas…

Tate returned to Florida on Thursday and is daring DeSantis to arrest him.
I am in Miami @GovRonDeSantis
Find probable cause and arrest me.
Tell that weak little twig AG to stop pretending he’s a man on the news and come arrest me.
Then charge me with a crime.
This is America.
The America my father served for.
This isn’t Romania where you can…

Tate is now taunting DeSantis’ wife Casey, who is reportedly considering a run to be Florida’s next Governor when her husband leaves office in 2027.
Your wife will never win governor unless you arrest me @GovRonDeSantis
You’ve proven to be a communist who attacks American citizens for zero.
When Americans who are unfairly imprisoned abroad return home you betray them.
You better nail me now.
Let’s go.
Arrest me.

DeSantis has yet to respond or react to Tate’s latest attacks on him.
