It seems like Angel Reese might have her own haters in the WNBA.
The theme of the WNBA season has been veterans trying to prove that it’s a “grown woman’s league” and welcoming the new star-studded rookie class to the WNBA with physical play.
“This is our job…it doesn’t matter who you are or what rookie you are, vets are coming at your neck cause we’re here to show you this is a grown woman’s league,” said Las Vegas Aces’ Alysha Clark
So far, Caitlin Clark has taken some hard hits, and now it’s Angel Reese’s turn.
On Saturday night during the Connectic Sun-Chicago Sky, Reese was thrown to the ground after taking a vicious throat slap by Alyssa Thomas.
Alyssa Thomas has been ejected in a tight game with the Chicago Sky.

Thomas was ejected, and it will be interesting to see what Reese says about the situation after the game.
