Former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua plans to take Jake Paul’s “soul” in their fight.
On Friday, Joshua will face off against Paul in Miami in a fight that will air live on Netflix.
Ahead of their fight, Paul and Joshua sat down to talk trash to each other, and the former heavyweight champ sent his opponent a chilling message that went viral on social media.
‘You see with Jake, what I learned about Jake is someone where I got beaten mentally because he’s a mental person. This is my observation.’
‘A lot of what Jake preparation is based around is not only the physical aspect to train him but the way you think. Meditation. Breath work. If I can break his soul and if I could break his mentality, then I’ve broken Jake.’
‘That’s why I’ve said I’ll take his soul. It’s not just physical. I’ll go and take your soul in a ring’
