Antonio Brown’s beef with Ben Roethlisberger continues.
Earlier this year, Brown demanded a trade out of Pittsburgh after getting into a heated exchange with QB Ben Roethlisberger in practice.
The altercation that led Antonio Brown's benching last week was with Ben Roethlisberger. Im told it was fairly ugly and the WR was totally in the wrong. He went AWOL essentially for the 3rd time this season dating back to training camp

Former NFL wide receiver and current NFL Network analyst James Jones went on the record to say that he had heard from multiple Steelers players that Roethlisberger’s constant belittling of Brown reached a boiling point during that final Steelers practice.
“I have talked to a couple people in the Pittsburgh Steelers organization and they told me this has been lingering on,” Jones said. “I’ve been told in meetings [Roethlisberger] would take shots at AB. Like, ‘I don’t got to throw you the ball,’ and things like that. Wednesday in practice, I heard he ran the wrong route, Big Ben threw the ball on the ground, said, ‘Get him out of here. Get somebody else in there,’ and that’s when AB was at his boiling point and that’s when he went off.”
Brown would go on blast Roethlisberger on social media and during media appearances for having an “owner’s mentality”.

On Sunday, Roethlisberger sat down with NBC’s Michelle Tafoya and says he regretted calling out Brown in practice because it “ruined a friendship”.
#Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger said during an interview with @Michele_Tafoya that he wish he wouldn’t have called out Antonio Brown @AB84 after he threw an INT at the end of the #Broncos game last season.

Brown saw the clip of Roethlisberger’s interview and immediately fired back with this tweet.
