Razorbacks Coach Sam Pittman’s New Drooling Hog Fountain At His Lake House Is As Arkansas As It Gets

Arkansas head football coach Sam Pittman signed a five-year, $15 million contract two years ago. And then in December, he reportedly requested a new contract and was reportedly offered a deal that will make your eyes water.

No matter what the number is, Pittman has enough money to live rather lavishly in The Natural State. With some of his money, the 60-year-old has purchased two rather expensive homes.

One of the homes, his newest, offers Pittman an escape from the hustle and grind on Lake Hamilton, about three and a half hours away from the campus. He paid $2 million for a 6,924-square-foot lake house back in September.

Now, six months later, his new lake retreat has a new element right on the water. Pittman recently shared some photos of his brand-new Razorback statue and it’s about as Arkansas as it gets.

The statue, which is actually a fountain, features two Razorback hogs overlooking the lake. One of the two has water coming from its mouth, making it look like he is drooling.

While the fountain statue is a great touch and incredibly detailed, Pittman might have been better served taking the time to think about his hashtag. #TheHogIsStrong is quite the word choice, but that is beside the point.

The entire thing is so perfectly Razorbacks that it is hard to imagine Pittman would ever leave the school under his own power. Nobody loves the Hogs quite like Pittman and his new statue/fountain is a testament to that love.
