Cleveland Browns star QB Baker Mayfield has a big personality on and off the field and isn’t afraid to show it off.
Earlier this season while being filmed by the EA Sports Madden crew Mayfield unabashedly busted out his dance moves.
Your QB could never.

Former Texans/Dolphins running back Arian Foster saw the video of Mayfield’s dancing and decided to randomly take a shot at the Browns QB on Twitter.

An annoyed Mayfield quickly fired back at Foster.
Respected you before this… I get it dog, you’re too cool to show any personality. Everybody’s different, though. No need to speak on it.

Foster responded by implying that Mayfield shouldn’t take things personally by referencing Miguel Ruiz’s book The Four Agreements.

“The First Agreement: Be Impeccable with Your Word
The Second Agreement: Don’t Take Anything Personally
The Third Agreement: Don’t Make Assumptions
The Fourth Agreement: Always Do Your Best”
I think Foster is right Mayfield shouldn’t be getting so worked up over random off-the-cuff joke tweets.
