The Bengals’ offensive players are not happy with the defense.
On Sunday, Bengals’ 40-year-old QB Joe Flacco had one of the best games of his career when he threw for 457 yards and four touchdowns.
Unfortunately, the Bengals’ defense gave up 72 yards on four plays, allowing the Bears to take the lead with 17 seconds remaining in the game.
“I’ve never been in this situation. I don’t know how to handle it. Trying to stay positive.”

After the game, several Bengals’ offensive players, including Ja’Marr Chase and Chase Brown, trashed the defense for not being able to get a stop.

Even Bengals’ head coach Zac Taylor was shocked by the ending of the game.
“I just can’t believe it. Can’t believe it. The game was right there, and we just don’t find a way to get it done. The game was right there, and all we have to do is make one play. Just one play, and some of these losses turn into wins. So again, as coaches, we just have to spend this week finding a way to help everybody and get it done, because this is … it’s sick. It’s sick to lose like that. That’s what happened. So we have to own it and we have to keep finding ways to improve and keep finding ways to find a way, because the last two weeks, that hasn’t happened.”
