USC’s Top-Ranked Football Recruit Vehemently Rejects Oklahoma’s Advances While Smoke Continues To Rise

Boobie Feaster claims he is not going to visit Oklahoma because he is firmly committed to play college football at USC. Only time will tell whether that is true but where there is smoke there is often fire.

However, his very public rejection of the Sooners’ advances seems to extinguish the potential for flames.

Feaster does not currently plan to flip. But nothing is official until it is…

Who is Boobie Feaster?

Feaster’s legal first name is Ethan but he goes by Boobie. The Class of 2026 recruit hails from DeSoto, Texas. He is ranked as a four-star prospect at wide receiver and a top-10 player at his position.

There are 136 programs on the FBS level of college football. Nearly 40% of them are in on Feaster and it is not hard to see why!

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound pass-catcher boasts 53 offers from schools that range from Wisconsin, UNLV, Sacramento State and East Carolina to Georgia, LSU, Miami and Michigan.

He committed to play at the University of Southern California on the Fourth of July.

Can Oklahoma change his mind?

Boobie Feaster has not shown much interest in the Sooners over the last few months. Oklahoma presented him with a formal offer on July 26, 2023 and hosted him for a home game last September.

But that was it.

He took return trips to Miami, Tuscaloosa, College Station, Baton Rouge and Los Angeles in June. He did not make a return trip to Norman… yet.

The Trojans received Feaster’s commitment last month but there is always time for things to change. Nothing is official until the ink dries on the dotted line… and even then… he still has to show up to campus.

With that in mind, it was reported earlier this week that Feaster is planning a new trip to see Oklahoma.

“There’s also a mounting sense of believe among sources that four-star WR Boobie Feaster will take an unofficial visit to Oklahoma next month,” reported On3. “We’ve teased this possibility previously, and the noise continues to percolate.”

Not so fast, my friends! Boobie Feaster says no way.

“I don’t mean no disrespect to anyone but please don’t lie or speculate on my name unless it came out of me or my parents’ mouth…. THIS IS NOT TRUE,” he wrote on X.

Well, that settles that. Unless it doesn’t. We will learn the truth next month.

If Feaster does not visit Oklahoma, he was telling the truth. If he does, he was lying.
