Brandon Jacobs is not a small man. During his professional playing days, he was listed as large as 6-foot-4 and 264 pounds. He was, at one time, one of the most feared rushers in all of football due to that massive frame and bruising running style.
You wouldn’t know it by seeing a recent photo of the former NFL star that’s currently circulating the internet. Jacobs is seen standing beside his son, Brayden, who’s even bigger!
Brayden Jacobs is an 18-year-old freshman who enrolled at Clemson in January. He’s set to begin his college career this fall after earning four-star status as a high school recruit.
The Georgia native chose the Clemson over offers from Ohio State, Georgia, LSU, Texas, and Miami. He spurned an opportunity to attend his dad’s old school, Auburn, and will now look to create his own story with a new set of Tigers.
The younger Jacobs stands 6-foot-7 and tips the scales at 320 pounds. He was an absolute problem for much smaller defenders at the high school level.

Soon, he’ll get to test his skill at the P4 level. He’ll suit up for a Clemson program fresh off an ACC title win and College Football Playoff appearance.
Jacobs got to take part in his high school graduation this week as a way to close one door shut before moving into the next phase of life. A picture from that ceremony has gone viral online.

Brandon Jacobs rushed for more than 5,000 yards and scored 60 touchdowns across a nine-year pro career. He spent the majority of that time with the New York Giants where he helped the franchise win a pair of Super Bowls.
The tailback was one of the more physically imposing ball carriers in the league. Using a blend of size and speed, he could run by defenders or through them.
