The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a lot of talent in town as Tom Brady and company aim for another Super Bowl victory. Unfortunately, things took a brutal turn with starting center Ryan Jensen going down with an injury.
The Buccaneers waited patiently for encouraging news, but that wasn’t the case on Friday. Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reported that Jensen will miss time — although there is still some uncertainty about the severity of the injury.
Bucs coach Todd Bowles said Ryan Jensen will miss at least a couple of months and they will see what the damage is to determine whether he can return at all.

Jensen is set to miss a couple of months, and there is a possibility he misses the entire 2022 season. This is terrible news for Brady and the Buccaneers, and fans panicked after seeing this.
After all, Jensen has been the center for almost all of the snaps Brady has taken in Tampa Bay.
@ESPNStatsInfo: Ryan Jensen has been the center for over 93% of Tom Brady's snaps as a member of the #Buccaneers. https://t.co/rMtwAjeh3h

The Buccaneers already lost a couple of offensive linemen in free agency, and now Ryan Jensen could miss the entire season.

The options are limited for the Buccaneers also. However, former Cleveland Browns center JC Tretter is available and earning consideration among the fans.
Ouch. Hoping Tretter or Paradis is signed soon. https://t.co/nINISJfMG0

As Ian Rapoport mentions, there are some internal options, but this is devastating news for Tampa Bay. A talented offensive line is essential, and we will see how they respond with such brutal injury luck on the first week of training camp.
