Caitlin Clark is going through a bit of a transition period while in the WNBA.

Last month, Diana Taurasi went viral when she said that Clark and other college players would struggle while making the jump to the pros.

Taurasi has been proven right, as Clark struggled early in her rookie year.

On Saturday, Clark had a few welcome to the WNBA moments during the Fever-Liberty game.

Early in the game, Breanna Stewart absolutely clobbered Clark with a vicious pick.

Clark would once again go viral when Sabrina Ionescu completely faked her out with a ball fake.

Before the game, Ionescu gave Clark some words of encouragement as she faces stiffer competition in the WNBA.

“What you did in college was enough, you deserve to still have that confidence when you join the league.”
