Caitlin Clark fans are not happy with Connecticut Sun’s Dijoinai Carrington.
On Sunday, Clark got roughed up during her first playoff game against the Sun.
After the game, Clark was seen sporting a black eye, and many felt that Carrington was responsible.
🚨Video evidence suggests Dijonai Carrington may have intentionally hit Caitlin Clark early in the first quarter of the Sun v. Fever playoff game, resulting in a black eye.
No foul was called. The #WNBA needs to investigate immediately. Does this look unintentional to you? pic.twitter.com/ue2Sf03e9O

Clark herself didn’t think the eye poke was a big deal.
“Obviously got me pretty good… I don’t think it affected me. I felt like I got good shots, they just didn’t go down.” […] “I felt like we just played a crappy game. The flow of the game was really bad.”

Clark fans aren’t letting up and want Carrington suspended over the eye poke.
I said this in real time. It was intentional. ESPN broadcasters didn’t cover it. ESPN filed a story that didn’t cover it. No foul called. Why are they allowed to wear long fingernails? This is ridiculous! pic.twitter.com/YQ8ZjC7Nqu
