Caitlin Clark Looks Shredded After Packing On Muscle To Stop Getting Bullied By WNBA Players

Caitlin Clark Muscle

Caitlin Clark made a conscious effort to get stronger after getting bullied by WNBA veterans during the first month of her rookie season. She added two pounds of muscle over the last month and it’s paying off.

The 22-year-old superstar is looking jacked!

Clark was listed at 6-foot-0, 152 pounds when she entered the league. Her first month or so was rough. Veterans went out of their way to send a message and Indiana struggled to find any semblance of success on both sides of the ball. But things finally are starting to click.

Not only is the Fever 9-6 in its last 15 games, the No. 1 overall pick is averaging 18.2 points per game during that stretch. Clark is playing well after a frustrating beginning to her first season as a pro.

Strength is playing a huge role in Clark’s recent success. According to the ESPN broadcast during Indiana’s loss to Dallas on Wednesday, she put a major focus on the weight room over the last few weeks and added two additional pounds of muscle to her frame.

Aliyah Boston documented one of her team’s lifts earlier this month.

Caitlin Clark Muscle Before After

There are a myriad of reasons that Caitlin Clark is coming into her own on the professional level. The team is playing better around her, head coach Christie Sides is getting her the ball more often, etc.

However, it is hard not to notice the more physical nature of Clark’s play. She shot 71% inside five feet during the month of July after shooting just 56% inside five feet in the previous months. She is going to the hoop more often and going at defenders more often. The additional muscle is proving valuable!
