Caitlin Clark is making a strong case for Rookie of the Year after her latest outing.
On Saturday, the Indiana Fever took on the NY Liberty in a nationally televised game.
Clark got off to a quick start and scored 11 points in the first quarter. Eventually, Clark made WNBA history by becoming the first rookie to record a triple-double.

The Reese vs Clark Rookie of the Year debate has gotten heated in recent weeks, with ESPN’s Monica McNutt declaring Reese as the frontrunner due to win the award.
“My Rookie Of The Year is going to go based on standings, because that is how you have the opportunity to measure impact, and the Sky right now are in the playoffs, so you have to give the nod in my mind to Angel Reese. Look the double-double streak she has rolling…If you look at what’s around her…there’s not another number one draft pick on that roster, there’s not another All-Star on that roster”

It seems like both Clark and Reese are going to be neck and neck until the end of the WNBA season, it’s going to be interesting to see who ends up winning the ROTY award.
