The Chicago Bears took down the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, besting their NFC rival 36-10. Rookie QB Caleb Williams played a large part in that blowout win.

The signal caller threw for 304 yards while tossing a pair of touchdowns in what was he best NFL performance to date. He had the offense rolling on all cylinders!

His teammates certainly helped him out, most notably wideout DJ Moore who hauled in two scores against his former team. Chicago’s offensive line also made things a bit easier for its first-year leader.

One particular interaction between Williams and his center, Coleman Shelton, is now going viral. It highlighted the lineman’s strong communication skills and football IQ, but in the most hilarious fashion imaginable.

As Caleb Williams was heard calling out his protections, Shelton made sure to identify a threat on the defensive side of the ball.

“We’ve got f—ing fire, man,” the center shouted, to which Williams replied, “I know.”

The play ended up being a positive one as Williams connected with first-year wide receiver Rome Odunze on a quick out route to move the unit a few yards closer to a new set of downs.

It was one of many successful calls as the Bears exploded for a season-high 36 points.

Williams is still learning in Year 1 as an NFL passer. Luckily, he seems to be getting plenty of help from his teammates as it relates to reading defenses!
