New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo is in hot water after downplaying the effects of CTE and Asthma during a recent podcast appearance.
Speaking on the Bring the Juice podcast, the 24-year-old Giants star was asked whether he believes CTE is real, and Skattebo called it an “excuse”.
Skattebo went on to also call Asthma “fake.”
“Yeah. Asthma’s fake… You’re just soft. Just breathe air.”

NFL fans ripped into Skattebo over his comments.
“As some with asthma, I can say with high confidence that Cam Skattebo is an idiot.” commented one fan on social media.
“Asthma is an excuse ? CTE is an excuse ? lol yeah this guys an idiot.” commented another fan.

It’ll interesting to see if the NFL talks to Skattebo about his comments, which are clearly wrong.
