Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb might want to avoid social media for the next few days. On Thursday night, the Dallas Cowboys suffered a heartbreaking loss against their rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles, 24-20.
Unfortunately, Lamb is getting a lot of the blame for the Cowboys’ loss after dropping some crucial passes.

Lamb would later take responsibility for the Cowboys’ loss.
“That’s terrible. I can’t point the finger at anybody else. I take full accountability and everything else that comes with it. As a player, I train for moments like that and the ball to come my way.”
“I need to catch the damn ball.”
It didn’t take long for Lamb to become a meme on social media.

Lamb’s teammate Dak Prescott had a positive message for Lamb and the rest of the team after their loss.
“A lot of accountability was taken in the locker room, but we’re definitely process-oriented and as (Brian Schottenheimer) said, we continue to compete and play physical like that, we’re going to be proud of the team that we can put together, each and every week.”
“So, it’s one of 17, and I didn’t think we were going to go undefeated. It sucks. Wanted to get the first one, especially against a good team, a rival (in the) division. But we got to move on. We got another division game next week.”
