In the second quarter of the Chargers-Raiders game, Chargers’ Corey Liuget donkey kicked Donald Penn in the stomach after he was shoved. Penn then retaliated by jumping on top of Liuget.
All of this happened in front of a ref but only Penn was penalized on the play.
Liuget can expect a call from the league late this week.
