Things Get Awkward On ‘Inside The NBA’ When Charles Barkley Asks Kevin Durant If Draymond Green Is Annoying In Person

Charles Barkley has been involved in a strange beef with Warriors forward Draymond Green after the TNT analyst said he wanted to punch Draymond in the face live on air a few weeks ago.

Green responded by telling Barkley to meet him backstage at the Western Conference Finals, where TNT is hosting their live postgame shows, if had a problem with him.

There’s a lot of guys talk on TV, stand behind the microphone on a tv screen, the fact of the matter is if he feels that strongly about something, he’s seen me a million times, if he feels that strongly about it punch me in the face when you see me, if you’re not going to punch me in the face when you see me then shut up. It’s not different than someone sitting behind a computer screen tweeting I’ll knock you out and you never see you in life. We’ll he’s seen me a bunch of times and he’ll see me again this year, punch me in the face when you see me if not no one cares what you would have done. You’re old and it is what is.

Barkley eventually went on to apologize for the incident.

After tonight’s game 3 of the Western Conference Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets, Barkley asked Kevin Durant if Draymond Green was as annoying in person as he was on TV and things got awkward when Durant responded by telling Barkley to go downstairs to ask Draymond to his face.

I doubt Green would confront Barkley at the Western Conference Finals but it would make for some excellent television if he did.
