In its never-ending quest to dominate sports world headlines every month of the year, the NFL has even turned the release of its upcoming schedule its an event that’s simultaneously televised on ESPN and NFL Network.

In addition to the live TV program, the 32 NFL franchises also often get creative with their schedule release videos and this season has been no different.

This year alone, we’ve seen the Los Angeles Chargers roast the likes of Harrison Butker and Aaron Rodgers, the Lions recruit beloved Detroit natives Tim Robinson and Sam Richardson, and the Titans bring back viral “Red Stallion Girl” for a re-do of their popular 2023 man-on-the-street-style video.

The Kansas City Chiefs’ cheerleading team also got in on the fun as they shared a video of themselves announcing the team’s 2024 schedule by doing elaborate makeup designs.

The 2024 season will see the Chiefs aiming to make history as they look to become the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowl titles, having beaten the San Francisco 49ers last season and the Philadelphia Eagles the season before.

Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City aren’t the outright betting favorites to win this year’s Super Bowl, however, as the defending NFC champion San Francisco 49ers have slightly shorter odds.

As Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs will be playing in the first game of the season when they host the Baltimore Ravens for an AFC Championship rematch on Thursday, September 5.

After Week 1, the Chiefs will then face off against the Cincinnati Bengals Bengals, Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Chargers (twice), New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers, Las Vegas Raiders (twice), Tampa Bay Bucs, Denver Broncos (twice), Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns,  Houston Texans, and Pittsburgh Steelers this season.
