$75 million for a 3,795 sqft luxury home is unfathomable to some. But this is Malibu we’re talking about. It is amongst the most sought-after real estate in the world. And Chris Chelios’ mansion has 90 feet of beach frontage.

The listing is being brokered by Compass who have shared a video walk-through of Chris Chelios’ Malibu mansion. These unencumbered views and the natural light is unmatched:

The rundown on Chris Chelios’ $75 million mansion

The house was built in 1982. It has a 2-car garage. The property is gated and has a private guest bungalow on the beach.

There are 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a chef’s kitchen. The ‘Queen’s Necklace lights’ run for thousands of dollars each.

It has a ‘vanishing wall of glass’ according to the listing on Realtor, as well as all of the other amenities that are expected in a luxury listing.

The $75 million price tag for Chelios’ home is huge. But there is a house located at 25142 Pacific Coast Hwy that is also being sold for $75 million.

Nearby, there are at least a dozen homes being listed at over $30 million. Malibu real estate is truly on another level.
